About this deal

A book to brighten your day - a gift of hope, comfort, positivity, openness and love for any occasion - inspirational quotes from the TFL Underground duo. My daughter told me what she enjoyed most was the rhyme time, which we keep doing and thankfully it's getting the gospel deeper into both of us.

In November 2020, their first book was published by Yellow Kite (Hodder) and hit the Sunday Times Bestseller chart multiple times in 2021. I wish that I had bought the book as this is one of those books that you read and then know that you will be dipping into it again. It’s also a friend that will give the reader a virtual hug, words of positivity, comfort, empathy and inspiration, no matter what time of day it is. I guess the magic just isn't there in a book format, because each poem is so disjointed and quite frankly a bit too plain to be bundled together. With lots of things to spot and talk about, including iconic red telephone boxes, red double-decker buses and black cabs. As the fulfilment of these items are handled by the supplier, please understand that this is beyond our control. When better to release a book celebrating the ability to unite commuters through shared sentiments than in a year that’s seen Tube travel reduced from four million journeys a day to just 80,000 in peak lockdown, with many of us now feeling a pang of nostalgia for our former overcrowded commutes. With glitter on each page and a fun handle to carry the book, young children will enjoy the timeless lyrics of the hymn and Dawn Machell's beautiful illustrations. My son is 5, so he may be a bit older for the board book version, but he still seemed engaged and could easily recite the concepts.

It’s got less words than War and Peace, more words than The Very Hungry Caterpillar, it’s not as sexy as Fifty Shades of Grey, it’s not as magic as Harry Potter,’ chuckles Redpath.

Transport for London employees and dynamic masked duo, All on the Board (aka Jeremy and Ian), made it their mission to bring smiles to the faces of London commuters through writing creative messages, quotes and poems on the underground's service information boards. It’s crazy to think two London Underground station workers can have a poem seen by the former First Lady of America. This helpful and engaging training tool will help parents to teach their kids that God didn’t make their hands for behaviours like snatching, pushing, or hitting but for positive actions like waving, clapping, praying, high-fiving, helping and serving. It's for anyone who is struggling or anyone who just wants to be a kinder, more compassionate person.

Anyone who has travelled on the London Tube or been on Twitter will have no doubt seen a quote from All On The Board. I received the Any Time, Any Place, Any Prayer board book compliments of The Good Book Company in exchange for my honest review. But despite the light-hearted origins of the project, All On The Board has tackled some serious issues too. My Christmas gift to myself and as you can see I couldn’t put it down, finished this in a matter of hours! But the All On The Board duo were the first to pen original quotes, inspiring commuters with their own creativity. O passo seguinte foi a publicação do livro, que contém reproduções desses painéis, e textos introdutórios dos autores, eles mesmos abrindo suas condições de fragilidade devido a problemas de saúde que têm.
